About Centre (CSBC): Ashoka University’s (India’s leading liberal arts University set up through a pioneering democratic philanthropic model) Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC) was set up by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). Profile: Playing major role equivalent to a Senior Manager level at Operations for CSBC. Responsible for the end to end management of the operations at the Centre including overall strategic support in i) Resource Planning and Management, ii) Operationalizing Contracts and iii) Project financial management & iv) Grant Management for the Center. Closely working with the Director to provide data driven analysis for better planning and management of human and financial resources. Liaising with the HR, finance and contracts team at Ashoka University, Sonipat, Haryana. Roles: - Contract and Grant Management - Project Financial Management - Recruitment (including Day to day staff management – HR Planning)
