Seapoint is a business account that automates payroll, expenses, invoice payments, reporting and more to give founders control, clarity, and extended runway. The team are former founders and fintech builders from Stripe & Tide, backed by Frontline Ventures and former COOs of Stripe, Revolut, Tide and Tines.

CTO and member of the executive team at Algolia, a $2.3B search-as-a-service platform that powers 17,000+ customers including Stripe, Twitch, and Under Armour. With 2 trillion queries/year, it is the second-largest search engine in the world behind Google. I led a team of 150+ engineers who built the world's first scalable hybrid AI search platform, using vector compression technology to enable large language models to augment keyword search.

European CIO and Global Head of Local Payments Engineering at Stripe, leading 100+ person engineering teams that built and operated 40+ payment methods processing hundreds of billions of dollars annually across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We built & operated non-card payment systems including wallets, buy-now-pay-later, direct debits, and bank transfers, enabling Stripe's rapid international expansion and serving millions of businesses from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

VP Engineering leading 200+ engineers, data scientists and product managers across Dublin and Berlin, creating AI-powered personalization and search experiences for 50 million customers across 17 European markets. I built critical machine learning infrastructure and algorithms powering personalized search, recommendations, dynamic browsing, and customer data platforms that drove engagement and conversion for Europe's largest fashion e-commerce platform.

Spent seven years across sales ops, engineering and research, including three years at Google X Research Lab in Silicon Valley developing autonomous drone delivery systems. At Google X, I was part of the founding team for Project Wing, one of four major moonshots alongside self-driving cars and balloon internet, working across technology, operations, strategy, and partnerships to transform the research concept into the world's first commercial drone delivery system. In Dublin, I founded and led Google's Big Data & Insights division, building next-generation AI-powered sales and CRM systems that leveraged large-scale machine learning and data analytics to optimize billions in revenue across EMEA. As Head of Machine Learning Innovation for the Dublin site, I developed predictive models and AI-powered platforms that enabled sales teams to effectively engage sophisticated enterprise customers.

I was a co-founder of Masabi, now a leader in mobile train ticketing which has raised $40m in VC financing and processes over $1bn in train tickets a year. I also co-founded Blue Control Systems with the Masabi team, an early IoT product leverage mobile technology to monitor refrigeration units in industry. I also co-founded Inventive Capital, a financial services firm, designing innovative structured finance products for raising capital for new funds.
