Head of Strategy & Architecture, and Enterprise Architect The role was to build a new function including the recruitment of architecture, portfolio, and deliver through a 100-day plan. My duties included bringing in new technologies and create and deliver a new digital strategy that allowed the company to move forward and overhaul the way it worked—leading to savings of over $50m, through the removal of unnecessary stock around the globe. In the creation of the strategy, it required to understand the whole business in oil drilling.
