Principal Accountabilities: -Serving as a Strategic Global Service delivery leadership interface between Enterprise IT and multiple South Asia business units and group companies under the auspices of R and D, Real World Technology Solutions, Technology and Commercial Solutions alongside functional teams such as HR, HRPSC, Finance, Finance PSC and Strategic Sourcing. -Develop and implement sound rationale for portfolio management and managing Product and/or Service phase-in-phase-out plans/Cloudification across multiple business lines with requirement analysis, proactively anticipating gaps(delays) and overlaps within the portfolio. -Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of global/local solution introductions and withdrawals. -Oversee the launch of solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization alongside managing multi-level SLA structure for Enterprise, Customer, End Users. Define and Help Create Service Catalogs for Regional Business Units and Customers and help drive Service Delivery Excellence. -Lead and Manage Projects and associated Business and Policy Harmonization. -Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer technology needs and ensure solution delivery. -Partner with key staff members to help create requirements analysis and help create strategic IT plans for Old and New Business Acquisitions(IQVIA owned Group Companies in India) . -Oversight in scripting Continuous Service Improvement/Transition Plans and running VOC Campaigns alongside helping build RFQ/RFIs for customer solution selling. -Operational Oversight to a large IT operations which encompasses Production/Dev/Test Environments with Compliance Assessments to a large scale enterprise hybrid technology infrastructure environment within South Asia. -Technology Stewardship for several new strategic initiatives such as Hybrid Work Strategy, Right sizing of Technology Stack for a 3 year Roadmap.
