I designed, implemented, and evaluated program offerings to support employee engagement & well-being: annual employee engagement Gallup survey, organization-wide internal communications, RFP/contract management of health, wellness & benefits vendors, facilities design, and employee experience initiatives.
This role primarily focused on supporting worksite wellness efforts like nutrition education, programming, and coaching for 15,000 employees at Facebook HQ. During this time, we increased engagement in our 1-on-1 nutrition counseling and employee wellness programming by 50%. My largest project included scaling food labeling communications in all global cafes.
AC Transit is a public transit agency that serves the communities within the Alameda & Contra-Costa counties. In this role, I created a work-site wellness program for over 2,000 employees with cross-functional communication of benefits, collaboration with health insurance providers, employee engagement programs, and wellness vendor management.
Rise is a tech startup that connects people with their personal registered dietitian via a mobile app. I helped develop the recruiting and training of over 200 registered dietitians, the communications with over 10,000 members during their lifecycle on the program, and nutrition/marketing content.
