In addition to driving the growth and revenue teams, I serve as the product management team lead. Joynin Elevator Pitch: JoynIn increases businesses’ bottom line by rewarding customers for bringing in friends, and employees for bringing in customers. My role: I work closely with the executive team and engineering team on developing product strategy and user interaction design.
I drove the product vision and requirements for the site and lead the team. I designed and implemented the front-end and UI for the site, as well as some of the information architecture. I spec'ed out and built the following features from the ground up - In house AJAX commenting system - Interactive activity feed and Dashboard aggregating content from across the entire site based on user preferences. - Facebook Open Graph Authentication integration along with our in-house registration - Follow/Favorite users and content - All other front-end features.
