• Oversees programme operations of the company, including administration, research, training & curriculum development, HR, client and public relations, sales & business development strategies • Designs, Develops and implements all stages of the Annual Strategic Plan, including budget, internal capacity building, business processes and monitoring and evaluation. • Developed and oversees all stages of project developments, funding, public relations and marketing campaigns. • Oversees Corporate Social Responsibility Programs development within a client’s business model; building systematic awareness and recognition through both, consulting and campaign in Cambodia, targeting several major corporate giants and several government ministries. Consultations and workshop sessions with major local stakeholders and local communities. Topics targeted within CSR development: mental health, physical disability and children’s welfare, including trafficking and SGBV matters. • Pioneered a capacity building program for underprivileged students and recent graduates with the aim to identify promising young talent, encourage sustainable career development and negotiate higher wages for the entry-level professionals. The program includes identification, selection, training, job placements and post-placement monitoring and evaluation. Target beneficiaries: minorities, students from rural communities, economically underprivileged and students living with disability. Over 100 people trained since the program launch in August 2011 and over 65% were successfully placed in the corporate bodies, such as banks, telecoms, retail and ISPs.
