The Learning Management System Manager will enable the use of training technology and authoring tools to drive efficiency and improve training impact. They will use their expertise in training technology, development software, system integration, LMS administration, and UX design to elevate the learning ecosystem for Environment, Health and Safety & Security. This individual will have technical and administrative system and authoring tool oversight, content development management and interfacing with teams enterprise-wide to align technology roadmaps with EHS&S’ Global strategy and objectives.

Responsible for the coordination, creation and documentation of training programs for EHS related topics. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice in mind, the intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels. Knowledge of business strategy, the stakeholders and the operational risks, are all key, as these will be taken into consideration when establishing EHS training and performance programs for the various global business units. The Global EHS Learning and Development Leader is to fundamentally assist in the organization’s success through training, coaching and developing its people.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a range of projects for the Safety Team to ensure compliance with State, Federal, and local municipal safety guidelines. Conduct research and oversee risk mitigation activities towards achieving compliance program goals. Focus on all phases of safety compliance projects including planning, executing, tracking, and reporting. This individual will have experience working independently and driving the execution of tasks as well as working with a team to assist in the completion of project deliverables. Have a high attention for managing details and is expected to demonstrate flexibility, versatility and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Identified requirement for and spearheaded the development for one of a kind designed Versalift Bucket Truck course. Authored critical Train the Trainer course providing critical Subject Matter Experts the knowledge and experience required to provide quality training to 270 employees. Certified as one of two Achieve Global Instructors in areas of leadership and management practices. Managed instructors in development of digital courses utilizing Authorware software, keeping development on track for three stateside locations while instructing an average of 500 hours annually. Led acquisition of $4 million training asset reducing operational equipment downtime by 60%. Develop eLearning courses through the utilization of Lectora and Storyline software.
